New episodes of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 air every Thursday an addition, the official JJK website reveals preview photos every Wednesday. However, there will be no Jujutsu Kaisen season 24 episode as the series only has 23 episodes.
Unlike the first season, which had 24 episodes, the second season packed both arcs into just 23 episodes. After the Season 2 finale officially aired in Japan, the production studio released a trailer for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3. The trailer confirms the Culling Game arc for the sequel season.
On December 20th, Studio MAPPA officially announced that they are working on the next installment of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime. However, the trailer was not released until after the Season 2 finale aired.
There is currently no confirmed release date for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3. The Jujutsu Kaisen manga debuted in 2018 and is still ongoing. Although Gege Akutami has hinted that the manga will likely end in 2024, their ending has not yet been confirmed.
Additionally, the series debuted an anime in 2020, and a second series aired in 2023. A prequel also hit theaters in 2021. Judging by the gap between Season 1 and Season 2, fans can expect the upcoming season to be released in two to four years.
