Summary:
The chaos created by Sukuna’s battle with Jogo begins to affect the much larger Shibuya area. Team Kusakabe and their enemy curse users are also driven into battle. After Jogo unleashes his ultimate technique, Sukuna reveals a new unforeseen ability.
Plot:
Dominating Joga in their fight, Sukuna punches his opponent into the air. He asks the cursed spirit if that’s all he has, and Jogo says not yet. Jogo prepares a fire attack by focusing the flames between his palms, but Sukuna uses his innate technique to slice through Jogo’s arms. While the cursed spirit is still reeling, Sukuna smashes its head with a violent hammer fist. The impact sends Jogo crashing to the ground, but Sukuna catches up with a quick dive to smash his face right into the top of a tall building. Sukuna and Jogo break through all the floors of the skyscraper, seriously injuring him.
As the moonlight shines through the broken roof onto the building, Sukuna looks down at Jogo and says that the moonlight makes it easier to see how pathetic he is. As Jogo tries to regenerate his dismembered jaw among other injuries, he remembers Pseudo-Geto telling him that his strength is comparable to Sukuna with eight or nine fingers absorbed. Despite Jogo knowing he would be outmatched, he thinks in his mind that he didn’t expect the difference in their strength to be so great.
Sukuna suddenly appears behind Jogi, surprising him and interrupting his train of thought. The Curse King grabs his opponent by the collar and lifts him up as he tells him to keep going until the fun stops. Flames erupted from all the forcibly opened openings in the building and continued to destroy the structure. Sukuna runs into the street and Jogo follows him, attacking with his most powerful cursed technique: Maximum: Meteor!
Team Kusakabe and the curse users around notice a battle taking place nearby. Kusakabe and Panda attempt to escape and are captured by Negi and Sud’s henchmen. Suda tells the henchmen that they don’t have time to fight, but Kusakabe quickly cuts them down with New Shadow Style: Batto Sword Drawing!
Kusakabe tells the remaining curse users that they need to flee and get away from the combat special classes. He compares them to elephants tramping among ants. However, Sukuna appears next to Kusakabe in an instant and says that she will not let any human escape.
Sukuna declares that all people near him must not move until he says so or he will kill them. All the wizards are forced to watch as Maximum Meteor follows Sukun and comes close to killing them all. Moments later, Sukuna finally lets them all run, clapping with a playful smile as a signal.
The Maximum Meteor crashes into Shibuya, decimating the battle area on impact. Jogo, tired from the ultimate technique, stands on top of Meteor and gasps for air. After catching his breath, Jogo smirked and said that even such a strong attack was bound to hurt Sukuna. However, Sukun’s voice tells Jog that this would only be the case if he intervened.
Sukuna seems to be sitting next to him as if he was never in danger. He asks Jog why he doesn’t use the domain extension. Jogo admits that he would lose in a domain fight between them, and Sukuna believes that his lack of confidence stems from his loss to Satoru Gojo.
Amused, Sukuna gets up and suggests that he start fighting using Joga’s specialty. Sukuna commands “■” to open, allowing him to manipulate flames as well. Jogo is confused, causing Sukun to realize that a cursed spirit would not understand this technique. Sukuna tells Jog to prepare for a firefight.
